AMIAS was started in 2015 with a passion to ‘help the little guy.’ Started by our President who worked previously for Fortune 500 companies, but didn’t feel the organizations she worked for really understood true Human Resources … doing the right thing. Not necessarily the right thing for the business or the right thing for the employee … but doing the right thing; even if it meant ruffling a few feathers along the way.
After she received her degree, she started in the Human Resource field and quickly moved up the ranks, all while having the privilege of leading exceptional teams in those organizations. It was after many years of speaking with Owners and Executives about the results of the Organization’s Human Resource Initiatives for the Company and the Employees, the goal of helping people would be better served by working with Small and Medium Businesses who may have the need, but not the resources to offer employment to a Full-Time Human Resource Professional.
We have taken these Large Organization’s successful human resource practices to the Small and Medium sized Business Owners. These practices benefit owners, the employers and their employees. Since smaller businesses tend to have a smaller budget or understanding of what a great Human Resource strategy can do for their company that is where WE come in. Everyone who works for AMIAS has the same dedication and passion as our President. We are here to help!
